- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give zero stars that would be my rating...Joe needs to learn who pays his salary...lost or stolen package at JFK/ISC claims it is not the postal service and asked me to please file a complaint against him...told me he wasted his time the last time and refused to be of any help when I called in the second time...not only is the postal service a total sham, this particular office is a complete mess.By Brookie Storer, March 30, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst. Nora or Norma has been nothing short of rude every single time I've been there. It's always a fight when I go in because I have some packages held there instead of going out for delivery. They always insist they are on the delivery truck, despite me saying and the package saying it's held at the post office for delivery.
